Budgets are compared only within the same exact period and currency. Larger verified net budgets appear first; equal budgets have a consistent display order. At most two distinct products appear above the homepage Community table. New campaigns may change that order; placement or results are not guaranteed.
No verified active promotions
Pending payments, credits, future or expired campaigns and ineligible campaigns are not active budgets.
